All designs, drawings, CAD files, and technical documents you submit to Stratnel remain your intellectual property. Stratnel does not claim, retain, or assert any intellectual property rights over designs submitted to us by customers. We will not reproduce, copy, share, or use your designs for any purpose other than producing the parts you have asked us to quote or manufacture.
On occasion, we may showcase printed parts on our website or in other collateral to illustrate our capabilities. In such cases, parts will be presented without any customer name, company reference, or identifying information. No attribution will be made to any specific customer.
Your designs are used solely to fulfil your order and for no other purpose. Once a project is complete, your files are retained only as long as necessary for order records and are not used in any other way.
Design files and customer information submitted through our Quick Quote form are handled through a reputable cloud-based platform with industry-standard security practices. We take reasonable precautions to ensure that the information you share with us is stored and handled securely.
