Stratnel has been the preferred supplier of 3D printed investment and sand casting patterns to leading foundries across India for over eight years — delivering consistent quality, fast turnaround, and engineering support.
Stratnel's proprietary Stratment 102 filament was developed specifically for investment casting. The pattern is placed in the casting flask, surrounded by ceramic slurry, and burned out during dewaxing — making ash content and surface finish critical. We test every pattern before dispatch and back everything with full inspection documentation.

For foundries running no-bake or furan-bonded sand casting processes, Stratnel produces 3D printed patterns that are placed in the mould box, packed with chemically bonded sand, and extracted after the sand sets. Unlike investment casting patterns, these are reusable — the pattern is not consumed in the process.

The following Stratnel technologies are used for Foundry pattern supply.
